The proceeds will help send family members and coworkers of Master Officer Joseph Shinners to Washington, DC for the 39th Annual Peace Officers’ Memorial Service where his name will be added to the Fallen Officer Memorial Wall.
A pair of concerts and a GoFundMe account have also been set up with a goal to reach $85,000 in donations so several dozen of Master Officer Shinners' coworkers from the Provo Police Department and his family members can make the trip.
