Provo is the Central Business District of Utah County!

Updated: Mar 1, 2022

One of the key components of the Provo Advantage is the reality that we are the central business district for Utah County. In this month’s Provo Advantage, we will share with you the elements that brand Provo as Utah County’s Central Business District. Enjoy!

The Provo Advantage

When Brandon Fugal talks, Utah listens. As ABC4-TV reporter, Doug Jessop says, “it’s always good to know what the ‘keeper of the crystal ball’ has to say about Utah’s future.” It seemed only natural to ask Brandon Fugal, Chairman of Colliers International, how he would describe the Provo Advantage. Representing Freedom Commons, the first Class-A office space built in downtown Provo in 12 years, Fugal said key in this decision was Provo’s role as “the central business district in Utah County.”

On August 18, 2021, Mayor Michelle Kaufusi joined Brandon Fugal to participate in the historic Freedom Commons Topping Out Ceremony, with this video highlighting how Provo is working with industry experts, such as Colliers International, Utah Valley Chamber, and PEG Companies, to name just a few, to community-build together!
